What does the $899 Black Card include?+
A flat $899 per month covers four (4) member-menu infusions, priority same-day scheduling, and a dedicated concierge nurse. No travel fees anywhere in Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach.
How do the four monthly infusions work?+
You may schedule up to four infusions each calendar month from the member menu. Infusions do not roll over, and they can be used by you at any address we serve.
Is NAD+ included in the membership?+
No. NAD+ infusions are excluded from the four monthly infusions and are billed separately at preferred member rates.
