Mobile IV hydration for older adults
in Miami & Broward.
Gentle, RN-administered hydration delivered in the comfort of home. Designed for older adults with poor oral fluid intake, recovery after illness, or heat-related fluid loss — with medical screening and provider oversight before every treatment.
Who may benefit
Eligibility is determined by our clinical team during screening. Common reasons families and providers reach out:
Difficulty drinking enough fluids throughout the day.
Supportive hydration when clinically appropriate after a cold, GI illness, or hospital discharge.
Florida heat, outings, or reduced air conditioning tolerance.
Age-related changes that make maintaining hydration difficult.
What to expect
Medical screening before treatment
Health history, current medications, and symptoms reviewed to confirm IV hydration is appropriate.
Licensed RN comes to the home
Discreet, unhurried visits in the residence — no travel required.

Physician or NP oversight, with telehealth clearance when required.
Personalized hydration plan
Volume and additives tailored to the individual based on RN assessment and clinical appropriateness.
When to seek emergency care instead
Concierge IV hydration is not a substitute for emergency medical care. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department if the patient has any of the following:
- •Chest pain or pressure
- •Severe confusion or sudden change in mental status
- •Fainting or loss of consciousness
- •Severe or persistent vomiting
- •Inability to stay awake
- •Difficulty breathing
- •Signs of stroke (facial droop, weakness, slurred speech)
- •Any other signs of serious illness
When in doubt, seek emergency evaluation first. Our team can follow up with supportive hydration once the patient has been medically cleared.

Answers for care teams
Do you provide IV hydration for seniors in assisted living, independent living, or memory care?
Yes. Our licensed Florida RNs come on-site to residents in assisted living, independent living, memory care, and skilled nursing settings across Miami-Dade and Broward. We coordinate with community nursing staff and follow facility protocols.
How do home health agencies and hospice teams work with you?
We supplement — never replace — skilled home health and hospice care. Case managers and RN supervisors can refer patients who need supportive hydration between skilled visits. Visit summaries are shared with the referring agency.
How do concierge physicians, geriatricians, and case managers refer patients?
Email book@miamiviphydration.com or call (786) 612-3069 to establish a referral relationship. We coordinate scheduling directly with your office, honor your treatment preferences, and can provide recurring visits for patients you follow long-term.
Can hospital discharge planners refer patients after discharge?
Yes. Supportive in-home hydration after hospital discharge — for post-UTI, post-GI illness, or dehydration risk — is one of our most common referrals. We can schedule same-day or next-day visits at the patient's residence or facility.
Do you offer recurring service agreements for facilities?
Yes. We offer recurring weekly or monthly on-site hydration for senior communities, invoiced billing, dedicated concierge scheduling, and RN coordination with your director of nursing or wellness director.
What screening happens before treatment?
Every senior patient receives a bedside RN assessment — vitals, hydration status, medications, cardiac and renal history — and provider clearance via telehealth when required. Treatment is declined and emergency care recommended when clinically indicated.
